SongBird Survival's National Robin Day is coming on 21st December. On this day we celebrate the nation's love of songbirds and support people to take action to help them through the tough winter months.
As temperatures fall and natural food becomes scarce. it can be very hard for songbirds to survive day-to-day.
With numbers of songbirds at record low, we need your help. We know that small actions can make a big difference and together we can have a positive impact on songbirds.
Register today to be part of the movement of people who are taking small steps in our gardens and green spaces to save songbirds this winter.
This year, National Robin Day also falls on 'Super Saturday' – the last big shopping day before Christmas. This is always a busy time of year, which puts pressure on many of us.
Research from mental health charity, The Mental Health Foundation, found that 44% of people said being close to nature makes them feel less anxious or worried.
